Have premiem but can't post? : General & Trouble Shooting

I have had premiem account since 8/03/06 and all I guess that there was an update to the site (as there is now that black bar across the top) and now I am unable to view certain topics. I am going to try a reboot but if that doesnt help then I have no idea.

mhcookie can you link me to some topics you cant view. We would like to fix this problem asap.
