help, after 1 month account downgraded to basic? : General & Trouble Shooting

Hey, i upgraded my free account to premium last month.
Have the transaction details, but now kicked to free account...should have lasted 1 year from my understanding.

Can someone toss me an email so i can email and get this sorted out? thanks or direct me to the area to go to to properly address this. thanks.
