How long does it take for premium membership??? : General & Trouble Shooting

I paid for premium memership, still sayes free membership. I tried to send an email but it just sits in outbox.

It should of been right away. Ill check my messages again

I was hoping this would be resolved by now. Might have to just work on a refund soon.
