I get this error when i post. : General & Trouble Shooting

ot connect to smtp host : 10060 : A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
every time i post I get this :?
yet my post still goes though.???
what's going on? what is the error then?

Happend to me when at school I just ignored it LOL! after getting caught and got a Saturday school and the PC noob said i was on AOL CHAT!! wtf ahahha noob.
