I know you're busy... : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

but I just bought Doom3 and found out I cannot use a gamepad with the game. So I found your site and bought your software and follow the instructions. However, when I launch the game using the Play button found in your software, and move my mouse down to the bottom of the screen, nothing happens. I read another thread stating to Uncheck CXURegistrationHandler::Register(FAILED) in the plugins tab, but I cannot find that entry in the plugins folder. Can you please help. I mainly bought the program to run Doom3 with my MS Sidewinder GamePad, and if I cannot get this to work, than I will have to kindly ask for a refund. Thanks.
