I'm so frustrated!! : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

I just did the registration process for your website, but everytime, after I've signed in, I automatically get taken to a page that has a header on the top that says, "First Time Users Click Here For A Quick Tour of the Site". Underneath there I press the Box "Update Subscriptions", as I only need the free subscription, and it just redirects me to the same page. I press on the "...Quick Tour of the Site" button and when I press any of the links I get redirected back to the same subscription page. I don't know how to get out of this darn subscription page! All links just redirect there...HELP!!! Thank you so much for your time.
