I need some help with my PC : General & Trouble Shooting

Sorry this is kinda of topic.
But my monitor is flickering on and off and wont stop ive tried this:
Turned Off Hardware Acceleration,changed it to lowest resoulition/hertz
and returned it to factory settings but yet my moniter still flickers , and yes i have my BIOS updated along with everything else.
I am unable to find a fix, if i cannot fix it i fear i may have to take it to Best Buy and have them look at it. Sincerly Llama

Well its your graphics card, monitor, or bios.

Switch monitors first.
Then try a diff graphics card.
Then try a diff graphics card / mobo on your monitor.

K , I have found that it is the moniter and I took it to best buy because i have a Warrenty there , They say it will take two weeks and if they cant fix it it will be replaced with a new one. But man i mean "two weeks?" thats like death , o well atleast i got school pcs to help me keep tabs on tault
