Is there a reason my post for help was removed? : General & Trouble Shooting

I've double checked my email and haven't received an answer there, so I don't have a choice but to ask here?

How is removing my post helping?

EDIT: I got an email finally. It didn't answer my question, though. Of course, since my original post is gone, perhaps the actual question got lost in translation.

Okay, I'm just going to cancel. That'll teach me to buy a year's membership instead of doing a month to month subscription.

I'm tired of messing with it.
