Mouse not responding to windows : General & Trouble Shooting

I got xUnleashed installed, the Service installed for EQ2 and installed the Crafting bot.

But when I open up windows in game, the mouse doesn't seem to work. Like if I click a check box I see an x for a split second then vanish etc. I got the crafting bot to finally give me the config box by spam clicking. But can't get any further then that. If I try to change tabs nothing.

Tested this out on other windows like the triggers etc. Same response. Mouse doesn't seem to interact with the windows.
