No access : General & Trouble Shooting

I finally try to use the site after months of paying for it by the month and not using it to see that I am still being charged monthly for the account. Last charge July 4 but under it ,It says cancelled. I did not cancel account and even if i had I still have till august 4 but do not wish to cancel. So now why after not using the site for months and paying for it, can I not use the account. I am so disappointed that I was charged for so many months and did not use site that now that I wish to use it I cannot. Please fix.

Nope you never canceled. Im looking at your subscription and you have premium. I think you looked at the old subscriptions you have that say expired but as for premium you clearly have premium still and it has not been canceled .
