No Premium : General & Trouble Shooting

Ok well today i had signed up for premium on another account(didnt think i could change this account to premium) i was charged but i didnt get an email or anything and the account isnt premium :(.Please Help

Or Switch the Premium over to this account plz! I paid by Credit Card
and if i try to create the account again it says jereathean is currently in use.
