Try unistalling and reinstalling xu. We posted a new way to get it working in the faq. Be sure to check it out .

I have my friend. Uninstalled rebooted and reinstalled. I've tried all the suggestions in the FAQ to no avail. I believe it is a problem with this program and not the settings due to other people on this same game having the same problem. (checked here Register to unlock hidden link ). And it was working fine before the latest update.

That's why I ask is there an answer from the "techs" you submitted this too?

Hmm you check out the newest one we just listed?

Q: My XU screen is slanted.
A: Switch into full screen mode then back out to windowed mode, that will fix your problem. Or Drag the window size just a tad larger. It is caused by a window that is not of even pixel size.

Q: I cant bring xu the XU toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
A: First make sure you do not have the following running. Fraps, nView, ATI Tray Tools, and anything else that is hooking into your game. Then do the following.
- Launch XUnleashed
- At the top of the tab, make sure it says "Configured for: (Game Name)"
- Verify the launch path, for example "C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony\Everquest II\EQ2.exe" <-- without the quotes
- The following boxes are checked:
- Windowed <-- (This may or may not be needed)
- Force Redraw
- Display Logo
- Use Random FileNames
- Hook DX9

Yes I have, as I previously said I have tried all the suggestions in the FAQ.

Pleeeaassseee nice Mr Techie, make it work for us *fingers crossed*

After reading the forum of a game that I don't play you seem to have recognised that there is a problem with your program conflicting when using onboard vga of the intel chipset since 4.4 release.

My laptop I play on is onboard nvidia geforce 420 Go, is this the reason that I am not getting the toolbar or cntl+ins+(1-9)? And if so, is there any news on a fix?

I havnt tested soma in a long time. Do you have a link to the latest client? Mine wont patch. Guess I gotta redownload it.

Install client first. Patches 221, 222 and 223 are all necessary to launch the game all other patches are optional.
