No way to activate 1 year premium membership : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

Hello, i subscribed a monthly membership few month ago. Then i cancelled my membership. Now i want to activate my membership with a yearly premium membership again but i can only activate the weekly or monthly membership. The yearly membership isnt shown so i cant activate it. Is this offer gone?? Thanks for your help.

Yearly was taken off as it stands. It may come back but i am not going to say yes. One of the key reasons was due to fraud.
