Paid but now? : General & Trouble Shooting

I've upgraded my account 3 hours ago using the VERISIGN method.
How long it takes to be effective?
I haven't received confirmation mail yet (perhaps I've done all that's needed)and my account seems to not be uppgraded

Finaly I've decided to try again the payment procedure.
I've used Paypal this time.

I think that my first attempt have failed with verisign.... if not... I've paied twice lol
