Paid but only basic membership : General & Trouble Shooting

Nope still just the free membership. And i have pmed you. I checked under my Sub Info and its just showinf the free sub. Plz fix it.

I as well have been waiting for almost a week now. I have PMed you three times, and still nothing. I hope that this is not a consistancy with this site, as I have a few friends who are thinking of joinging as well. I would think priority would go to those who have spent money here, and making them wait a long period of time doesn't make this place look very professional.

K nightmare you are fixed. Icewolf you still havent msgd me. How can your account be fixed if you dont even follow the rules. I have told you multiple times to pm me. If you dont send me the information i need i cant upgrade your account.

icewolf got your pm now both of you are fixed. It says it can take up to 3 days for a reply. Lots of messages. Everyone once and awhile someone will get the shaft. Sorry about the but it gets fixed in the end

Seriously. I DID PM you...multiple times. Please don't try to make it seem like it was my fault I wasn't registered. I think it is ridiculous that you have to PM an admin after you pay to get access. Is the payment site not even linked to you guys or what?

Yes, I finally have access, and I am sure it will be worth it, but I do not agree with the ordeal to get it.

We get ALOT of people each day joining with no problem. However one or 2 might have a problem via hitting a button to many times or something. Small problem that can be fixed quickly.

This problem rarely happens.

I understand that, and I am glad you did, but you made it sound like I was at fault for NOT PMing you, when you yourself just said that I did. I do not wish to argue about this, but perhaps it would be better to just state that you are backlogged instead of putting blame where it is not warrented.

a big problem is verisign... the site did 3 times timeout after 5 mins. dunno if its my firefox making problems... but still i have paided 3 times for my membership which i still wait for... but hope the admin come online soon so the problem can be fixed
