Paid for Premium, have recipt - been billed - but no premium : General & Trouble Shooting

i got billed 2 times, and i still don't have premium access. can you please fix this.

I have paid my premium access and subscribed. it even says I have an active subscription, however when I go onto the Forums to view the content it sends me to the screen asking me to subscribe, and underneath shows my ACTIVE subscription on top of my expired one.

Same issue. Paid through paypal. Have receipt, still basic account.

pm the transaction id to tault_admin. if you paid via e-check you have to wait for that to clear

Man. I should have just paid by card. Maybe I can get him to refund that and I'll just pay by card today.

Do you know how often the admin is on? I've been waiting for like six hours >.>

usually atleast once a day but can be more or can be up to 72 hours when he logs in. hell i dont log in very much anymore due to personal problems that are happening so people can have it

Actually paypal is fine is just when someone uses a pending e check. I wish i could refund them but paypal wont allow that anyways. Then its just the matter of sending them 24.95 but if someone cancels the e-check early then we are out the money.
