Payed And No Premium : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

Hey no one seems to be answering my questions so I thought i'd make my own post. I payed TU 24.95 Today about 4 hours ago and haven't recieved my premium membership. I'm not angry or anything but wondering if this was an issue with the new forum, how long I would have to wait, and if I was going to lose days on my subscription? Thanks for your time

there was a recent update, and many bugs were found, there are getting fixed, soo don't worry if you paid correctly you will get your premium, its just matter of time..

Jus t asuggestion, along with the email saying you gradly took the new users money, you should also say your having site problems it'll save alot of forum room and give the user that feeling of peronal attention.

we do say we are having forum trouble. go into the forum index andsee the the announcements at the very top saying we are having problems

It says specificly in that post you are refering to that premium accounts not working 100% has been fixed, but after 5 hours of waiting I still cannot get in to the forum postings.

that is for most people. we always have had and will have some bugs with people joining. to fix it PM Tault_admin and send him your transaction ID and e-mail you paid from. also if you paid by e-check you have to wait untill this clears

PM Tault_admin my a$$ he still has not responded and I still have no access. Obviously im going to demand a refund and warn any that mention this lame A$$ site to me. Things like joining should be automated that way we don't have to wait for some !@#$%^* to accept the money we have already givin.

Oh and btw i payed with paypal, the money did go through.

joining is automated, giving premium is automated but for some reason its not giving access to the newer members. strange bug but its there and is being worked on currently

well i guess im not the only one that has this problem. Nice site take my money and will not give me access. Hope the satifaction guarantee works.

not sure about this but i joined may 8 th ? humm

when you created your account does not matter. when you paid does. yes the satisfaction guarantee works and you are free to request your money. if we have nother bug in the system its something that needs to be fixed and find out why it keeps happening but again feel free to get your money back

i dont want my money back would just like to get what i payed for. Hope they can clear this up soon. Thanks for your time

I'v been a member for along time, and I can acceses the forums, but when i check my subscription it says that I have free basic, and not preminum. I can't acess Xunleashed anymore =/ I'v emailed support twice, but no reply.
