Payment question and log in issue : General & Trouble Shooting

I have two problems. The first has to do with the fact that I cannot access my other account. This one is just a temporary account I made so I could at least get some help. It is the other account I use for premium membership. But as I recall, I always had trouble logging in, so I had to use the "forgot password" button, receive an email and log in through a link I get in the email and after that just click on the automatic sign up button so I wouldn't have to enter my login name and password when I use the site. The other problem is that I don't understand why I need to pay $14.95 again. According to the info, I have to pay $14.95 for the first month and then $3.95. But I cancelled my subscription for just a few days after it expired. Today I wanted to reactivate it and I am asked to pay the full price again. So if I understand it correctly, every time I cancel my membership, the next time I want to get premium access, I need to pay $14.95 again for the "first" month? It is a problem for me because I want to pay whe I play my mmorpg game. If I get tired of a game, I don't need to keep paying for premium here either until I start playing again. But every time that happens I need to pay almost 15 dollars instead of 3.95.

thats how a subscription works now and how it would work on any service that offers something like this. its cheaper in the long run to keep on paying the subscription if your only taking a month or two off rather than cancel your account.
