Paypal account use unauthorized : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

My paypal account was hacked. I didn't purchase this subscrition. I made this
account just to post this. I want to catch this guy so perhaps an admin or dev could get in touch with me so we can find out wich account has the the subscrition number im looking at.
