Paypal charged but still not premium member : General & Trouble Shooting

Hi I just recently signed up for a premium account with you guys, I've gotten my confirmation from Paypal but when I try to go to premium member content I get redirected to the buy a premium account page. Hope you guys could fix this for me, thanks.

Send me a quick pm with your subscription id number its going to be liek s-XXXXXXXXXXXX also make sure its not an echeck.

I placed an order on October 1st to be a premium member with this site and it didn't work so I reordered, thinking maybe it didnt go through and yet I am STILL not a premium member.

I have already sent a PM to Admin but have received no reply or access to the premium section of the site. My PM included the paypal receipt info required to prove purchase.

Fix this, please.
