paypal issues with credit card : General & Trouble Shooting

Hello,

im from Germany and we normaly dont pay with creditcards like the usa

i have more than enough money to pay via paypal but if i want the premium membership then paypal says only " u need a credit card to pay"

so can i have any help to pay with paypal without credit cards? the paypal account is linked with my bank account
