Premium Account HELP! : General & Trouble Shooting

Hello!
I have a premium account on this site. My username is "zombie343". Everytime I try to login, it says "inactive username or invalid password". I had my password emailed to me to make sure that I have the correct password and I do. I try to login with the password emailed to me and I STILL cannot get in. Can someone please help?

Maybe your premium account duration is over. I can't see the date that you joined in the premium account, because you are using another one, so that may be a cause.

if you are sure that everything is correct with your password, and your premium duration is still available, but it still can't login, then you have to contact Tault_Admin

You are still premium. Just private message me and we can fix this.

i'm having the same problem, my original account was MONKLIKEBAN

just a note. sometimes having capslock on can mess up your password. (if its case sensitive)
