Premium Account issues : General & Trouble Shooting

I baught a second premium account yesterday under the user name slinks2. I got a confirmation email confirming the purchase but I can not login to the forums or use the client. The client says my liscence has expired and the forums say that my user name or password is wrong. I had my password sent to me so i know thats right. I have emailed and PM'ed the admin as requested but with no replies. I also tried the force registration page but that just times out.
