Premium account : General & Trouble Shooting

I had paid for a premium account yesterday, but I still can't log in as a premium member. I PM'ed the Admin already, but no action so far. It is highly unfair for you to charge for a service which you can't deliver in a timely fashion. Please fix this ASAP. Thx
