Premium membership doesn't activate : General & Trouble Shooting

Hey guys!

I have bought one week membership to this site to see the guides and other stuffs, but I have no access I can't read the forums! In my account I see my one week premium membership. I send a pm to tault_admin yesterday but didn't have any messages from him. Is there another admin who can help? Because one day is gone and my membership is have only 6 days...Thank you guys! Oh and sorry for my english!

EDIT 1 : Please admins do something with my account because I lost fast 2 days from the weekly membership. I've sent 2 PM's for tault_admin and lifisher. Thank you!
