Set up my account on Saturday and still no access. PMed Admin with my info too.

Yea that was an error on our part. Got everyone else but accidentally skipped over you, thought we already gave premium at viper to your account. Since you waited more than 4 days, which we find unacceptable, we gave you an extra free month over at viper on top of your yearly you have :)
