Hi, I recently created a premium account under the account name "h2knacho".

I have already paid via paypal, but I have not received any email regarding this confirmation. I also cannot even log into the forum with the "h2knacho" account.

Can you please activate my account so I have premium membership on the h2knacho account.?

My paypal paid $24.95 to Register to unlock hidden link (Tault_Admin). It was sent from Register to unlock hidden link



I also have another problem.

Your website charged my creditcard 4 times extra, for the "h2knacho2" account.

Can you please cancel these extra charges.

I am trying to get the Premium membership on the "h2knacho" account or the "h2knacho2" account, BUT NOT BOTH.

Please help me.

My goal is to have premium account access today.

I have sent money through paypal of 24.95 to Tault_Admin, but I dont think it will clear until Jan 4.

I tried to use my CC to create a premium account last night on my 2nd forum account name (h2knacho2) (hoping this transaction would be instant, unlike paypal)
.
Everytime I attempted to upgrade to a premium account, the website told me that the Transaction was declined, and that I should check my CC number and try again a different time.

I tried about 3 times after that, and It still said the same thing.

I checked my credit card balance today, and it said I was charged 4 times.

If I can have premium account access today, by using the credit card method instead of the paypal method, I would like to use that.

If this is the case, can you please refund my paypal payment from Register to unlock hidden link, and also refund 3 of the 4 creditcard payments?

Yes.

The Tault_Admin said that even though I was charged 5 or more different times on my credit card, they would all be refuned because Versign rejected the card. He said I should automatically be refunded my money after my credit card company files the charges.

I have still yet to see my refund.

I hope those credit card charges get refuned. The paypal transfer should clear Jan. 4, allowing me premium access on my "h2knacho" account.

All problems should be resolved if those charges get refuned...

They will dont worry the problem is your cc company just needs to process the refund its sent back from us automatically just it depends on how quickly they process it.
