Refund : General & Trouble Shooting

I read your satisfaction guarentee and I set up my private message the way you said to. The only thing is I am not sure if I sent it to the right person. All it says on there is to send it to Tault_Admin. Both the links in that satisfaction guarentee were broken. Some help would be appreciated.

If you wish to have a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send a Private Message to Tault_Admin
2. Subject - Satisfaction Guarantee
3. Body - Copy us the invoice that you were sent via email for confirmation of your purchase. Be SURE to include your forum name.
4. The Invoice needs to have your subscription payment receipt if through a credit card. If through paypal send your email address and note it was through paypal.

Please be aware that while we process refunds on a daily basis, it can take up to 20 days to show up in your credit card statement.
