Registration Code Problem : General & Trouble Shooting

I was told my registration code was incorrect when I tried to register after launching Xunleashed. As a supposed Tault member since I did pay the 24$ etc....I read there was a place to go get my info from the forum index. I clicked my password etc and was given a lengthy code that didn't work.
