Same thing happened, it tried to redirect me to a link, but it said there was an error. I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone so i had to create a free account to login and get a hold of someone.

Odd well if you cant get it with firefox use ie. If you still cant get it just pm me and i will go and send you your key.
