Still no premium account : General & Trouble Shooting

Hi i have sent multiple mails and a PM about my premium membership. I set up a new account blu3penguin1 and sent you a paymant via paypal over a week ago but i still have no access :cry:

not to keen on posting all payment details but here is the transaction ID
