subscription paid, premium dissappeared : General & Trouble Shooting

My subscription renewed recently and I was charged through paypal however my access to premium content has dissappeared.

I have messaged Tault_admin several times (over several days) and have yet to get a response.

I would very much appreciate a speedy response as I don't really wish to reverse the payment via paypal but with no access and no support you are leaving me with little option.

the admins have been busy lately to get the new updates out so have not paid as much attention to pm's or the forums as much as most people would wish. a topic gets their attention more than a pm as a pm can be missed but a topic can not give them the information they need to fix the problem so they also need the pm and topic so it gets done quickly.

it could be a random bug in the system which did not allow it to give you premium. it should be cleared up soon so i ask that you be a little more patient. i will im tault_admin later today after work is done if nothing has been fixed so he can get on it asap.

for the record nothing has yet been done about it so an IM would be appreciated.

I'm not waiting any more than another 12 hours though (24 from this thread first post and 4 days since my access dissappeared) as I believe I have been paitient (and calm/respectful) and whilst it may be all well and good that the admin is doing updates, that's not really much use to a person whom can't access these "updates" even though I have paid for it.

i found out late last night that tault_admin was having internet & paypal problems so he could not deal with any issues for the past few days. it should be fixed by tonight. i had tried to post that in every account trouble topic but i missed this one

ok this is beyond the joke, sorry to say i'll have to go and perform a chargeback on you guys as after ONE WEEK of no access support doesn't really seem to care that I don't have access.


It is a shame you don't value your members more highly, another site is quite enjoying my Archlord bot, I also came to you with a full quest database complete with picture BEFORE any other site on the internet had them and after a week with no response their i gave them to another site.

In all fairness I know chargebacks are an ugly thing for a merchant (you) to have on your record so I will give another 12 hours in case you can magically get my account working again but given your track record i'm not holding my breath.

not much can be done when the person incharge of the accounts is still having internet troubles. when TA sent people pm's about account problems and fixed many things it was only a temporary internet connection.

Yeah but under the "money back guarantee" how long would I be waiting for my money considering how long it is taking to get things fixed up

the day tault_admin gets back his internet which would basicly be the same day if you waited for him to give the premium. as i said its your choice to wait or not, not like i can do much to help other than tell people to wait.

Actually his access was taken away due to being an active mod on another site. We have rules to enforce.
