Taskbar not popping when starting EQ2 : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

Tried a couple of troubleshooting tips, disabled Norton 10 autoprotect. Stopped the nVidia systray app. Ran the test7,8,9 that comes with XU. Ran the dxdiag tests, all passed. running 1280x960. XU starts EQ2 fine, not red dot can be found - moving the mouse down to and even past the windowed EQ and to the taskbar does not pop the XU taskbar. I've deleted XU directory and reloaded xunleashed.exe and readded the two plugins (crafter and EQ servicer) Even added the TCPIP sniffer, but can not uninstall that. I've attached a boring XUnleashedLog.txt file, though maybe someone looking at it will notice what is missing.

I figured out what was wrong - it was my bad. I changed the program path and the program exe. Changing the program path was correct, but I should have left the program exe the default...
