Toolbar probs : General & Trouble Shooting

I have followed everything and read everything and when i get ingame on ffxi there is no toolbar i have no antivirus going I do not have fraps running windows xp with a xp2000 cpu msi motherboard ect ect Im lost.

Eeep I'm getting the same problem but for soma, yet worked previously, don't like how no one has replied to this for a while :/ atm XU is useless to me.

I have the same problem with L2. No tool bar appearing. Tried on 2 diffrent computer units with same results
