Want to cancel : General & Trouble Shooting

Yesterday i buyed a lifetime account to use your eq2 stuff (especially crafterbots)...

24h later i am coming to the descension, to cancel that.

I want to do that cause on my Vista 64 Bit System so good like nothing work... Ultra Bot Exe doesnt start, EQ2 Crafter 1.1 starts but doesnt work correct. ( i have read the threads)

Only the radar works. :/

I tried everything (6 hours :/). The Exe doesnt start "anwendung reagiert nicht -> program doesnt react)... only an error, same @ my second computer. Also Vista 64 Bit etc ...

Vista 64 Bit - German with SP1 and so on.

So can i get my money back, pls?
