Why is it so hard to renew an account?! : General & Trouble Shooting

All I want to do is pay you guys money for one of my mutiple accounts - why is it so damn hard?!

I keep getting "this credit card is already used by a paypal account" - I dont want to pay over paypal - why wont you guys take my money from my Visa?!

Its how paypal is set up sorry in no way is it done by us. Please contact paypal on this one so it may be fixed asap.

I don't know my paypal account info as I m not using it.

How come I cant just log in on my account and renew/upgrade it to Premium member using my Visa Card?

We set it up via paypal because the previous payment service wasnt working out well for members and the site. We are working on a new provider.

Can you please give me an ETA on the new provider. 2 of my accounts have run out and the 3rd is running out in June.

It seems a little odd to have a business where the customer can't pay - ditch Paypal and let me pay with my VISA lol.

There must be a way "around" this paypal issue - plz guide me.

Sorry we would want to just use easier carriers. The problem is people doing actually illegal things is making it hard on us.
