X Unleashed crashes when loading EQ2 Radar on WinXP x64 : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

Hello everyone,
I'm having an interesting problem. I'm running Windows XP x64 on a dual-core Athlon box and can't for the life of me get EQ2 Radar up and running

Repro Steps:
1) Install WinXP x64, patch up to latest service pack/security updates via Windows Update, Install latest 64bit detonator drivers
2) Install Everquest 2
3) Install X-Unleashed (or Exhume, doesn't matter)
4) Install EQ2 Service and EQ2 Radar
5) Start up X-Unleashed. Works great
6) bring up the Radar, watch EQ2 immediately crash (although X-Unleashed appears unharmed)

Hardware Config
- Athlon64 4600+ X2
- 2GB RAM
- Nvidia Quadro 4500 (aka: Geforce 7800GTX) 512M RAM

Any Ideas?
