VG Cheats - Exit a doomed parley without faction hits! : Vanguard Nerfed Info

heres another Diplo exploit for you guys.
Sigil has said that there is no easy way out of a parley, well they are wrong!If your in a doomed parley and know you can't win, theres the problem of taking faction hits for leaveing it, or other negative effects. heres your easy way out.

use the command /parleycontinue
yep its that easy the parley vanishes and no faction hits at all, though you will have to relog for that npc to give you parley options again.

which brings me to my next trick, do you hate the reset timer after a failed parley? or even the timers on civic diplomacy parleys after you have won?

Just relog and it will reset everything, no more waiting!

so yahh looks like this got nerfed so I am hosed for this one, so just going to hope my other post (in confirmed section) gets me a prem ^_^

i got to test this out tomorrow, im randomly going after some npc's to level diplomacy and there are some times where i fail. this would help a lot.

I submitted that bug long ago. Cause that's all I saw it as was a bug that pissed me off. Never really clicked that you didn't take faction hits though heh. In turn I changed my scripts to just hit ESC after a finished parley instead of the /parleycontinue hotkey.

I never realized you could relog and it resets timers, thats good to know, thanks.

It looks like this was fixed in todays patch. You can no longer use /parleycontinue during a parley. But you still can relog to reset your civic.
