clicked a bunch of stuff on there played with it ... did those alt + 1 and so on... nothing happens.... no idea whats the trick to this but unless i am blind there is nothing that says how to use this. please fix this problem

Hang on a minute. If you go to Register to unlock hidden link and download the program, it works perfectly.

Maybe a new thread should be started up?
