Patrolling the Road

Your first order of business is aquiring the quest. Travel to the Wayside Pasture, located just east of The Asiliary of Ali-Mar. Freynoura will be plainly visible at her tent alongside the road. Speak with her and she will request your assistance in keeping the roads safe by patrolling them. Accepting her quest, she will mark down the 3 patrol locations you must travel to on your map. There is one on the road near her, and one both East and West of her.

The locations of the Patrol Route are as follows:


Upon reaching the 1st and 3rd patrol points, you will be jumped by Horse Thieves. These level 4-5 mobs are tough because they jump you from behind as you run. Defend yourself and slay the attackers! After dispatching your assailants, you will find a clue on thier corpses. The clue is a note which you must return with to Freynoura.



Upon reaching Freynoura, speak with her to complete your quest. She will thank you for patrolling the road and reward you with coin and experience for your character. Furthermore, if you picked up and read the note your attackers were in possesion of, she will send you on a follow up quest to the very camp of the bandits! Good Luck!
