This is what I have used for some time now. Keep in mind you have to set it up for yourself. To get mouse coordinates in autoit, make sure you have the newest SciTE editor installed. Alt+F6 opens up the recorder, switch to game screen, press the record button and click where it says Civic Diplomacy. When you stop the recording, it will input the mouse coordinate where you clicked. Do this for each coordinate you need.

I have it setup so that it plays hotkeys with in-game macros for the cards, speak, and listen. You may need to edit them where you place the macros, or put it in the spots I already have programmed in.

The script will also automatically put focus on the game screen each cycle in case it's lost. It is well commented so you know what the script is doing at that exact time.

One more thing, this script is setup for a 3-parley cycle, which means that it will do all 3 civic parleys before the first one repops. Typically you can only setup a strategy to win on 2 different parleys in civic without changing the cards around. If you feel you can only win at 2 w/o changing cards, you can play with the long sleep timer at the end of the script. The shorter it is, the more parleys it will do (max 3). For a typical 15 Dialog match, it takes about a minute for the script to go through the whole match.
