crafting questions : Vanguard Premium Discussions

is there a way to pull out those percentages they added to the crafting UI? would make my scrpting run a bit smoother if I could variable those numbers in my scripts.

Also any resources on vbscript commands and examples would be great. But i'm getting the hang of it kinda.. but if any of you found something awesome somewhere I don't know about.. I want it too!! currently referencing the msdn site.
