Potion Exploit : Vanguard Premium Discussions

I used 2 potions today, both said 1 charge and never used the charge. You can sit there and tank as a Caster or never need a heal if you are a tank with one potion. This will soon be fixed. Use it while you can.

Can you buy potions from a vendor or are thye drops only?

All items that have an activated ability no longer have a reuse timer on them. This means I can spam all activated abilities that previously had a 5minute, 10minute, 1 hour timer.

This includes Sorc mana shards (infinte mana), activated item pets, fury ability etc.

sounds fun, can we buy pots on the regular exchange? what other things might be like this that we can buy, trying to think for my psionicist.

yea the shards on a sorcerer arent being consumed. i mean you use it and it dosent consume it. also there is no recast time on them.

I am a gnome sor. Gnomes can use distiler thingys that allow you to summon shards out of thin air. also my sorcerer can summon a mana shard. When i get home i plan on summoning a few health shards, endurance shards and my big mana shard and going to town. imagine runing around spaming a macro that cast an area effect damage then uses a health shard then uses a mana shard then uses and endurance shard. spam spam spam that macro untill things start dieing.

I could be a god. killing whole armies at a time as long as they dont stun me or something crazy like that. I think i will stick to yellow mobs for ease of killing. but man i am gonna massacar some stuff when i get home. i would even bet that i could get from level 25 to 30 in just a few hours of that. oh oh then im gonna go do those missive thingies to get from level 31-35. those will go fast with this bug.

DAMN they just took the server down, that was an awesome exploit, i bought a wand that spammed 200 dmg at lvl 18 and i just raped jinka forest killing mobs in about 10 seconds.. fastest level i ever got.. i bet they're fixing it now with the "Hotfix no eta downtime"

it was obvious too, when you'd kill mobs at the very end you'd see all the damage floating in the air above them, not during but after so you'd see shitload of numbers lol

servers up, they fixed the exploit, pots go away after 1 charge and the wands have refresh wait, kept spamming and told me didnt meet the refresh timer
