Stormwind Ruins - Possible Exploit : Vanguard Premium Discussions

So I have been killing mobs in the Stormwinds ruins (North Thestra - by the ocean) and the mobs have been dropping "Destroyed X Essence" (where X is the mob). They drop them pretty much every time. The items are marked quest, but when I go to a vendor, they show up as worth 80 silver each. Maybe they wont sell due to being marked quest, if thats the case, excuse my ignorance. But if anyone has any of these and can find someone to sell them to, you can make a mint! Anyhow post here if you find a buyer.

So you are saying you have these items that say they sell for 80s but won't actually sell because they are marked "quest"?
Maybe you found how people were making money before and they hotfixed the item to be "quest"?

Thats very possible. I just noticed it today when selling off vendor fodder, and thought I would pass it along to the folks here, incase someone were to find someone who would buy them.

just curious...what level mobs are they?

18-20 or so, 2dot nothing serious.

I've had stacks of these in my bank for a couple weeks, just in case.
