Three Rivers Missive XP : Vanguard Premium Discussions

There is a missive you can get in Three Rivers called Supplied for Kazbatak. With a horse or a bard speed buff you can complete the missive in around 3-1/2 minutes. Rewards you 45c and give or take ~4% xp at L10.

25 trips at L10 in 1-1/2 hrs will net you a level and roughly 11.25silver

Pretty good when you're drinking/and running quests

Also, as a positive benefit every 10 times you run it, you can trade in the 10 missive scrolls for a chance at a rare item; new gear at best case, more money at worst.
