some vendor items are priced lower than normal, you buy them and wait for a patch then sell them and its easy money. the get put up then patched and the one he used is patched most likely

Ummm btw u can hold more than 1p, i currently have well over 3p on my toon

yup have few plat myself.

The max you can have on each character is 10 plat. Once you reach that limit, when you get more (regardless if the 10 is in your bank) It will delete the extra either thats in your bank, or what you gain.

Those people over 1p, have you tried falling below 1p then going back up?
It's possible they set a cap recently, but didn't purge people over 1p.

I myself have about 9p left on me but i'm just wondering if thats actually the case.

this was early in the game, about a week after the game came out so they had limits on money to not screw up the economy

bloody hell people this was from when this was when the game was new so there where money limits to prevent inflation
