Get it working Vista 64 : VGExtreme General Discussion

I have posted before i keep getting errors when i try to get this program to run, nobody has told me how to register .DLL's with vista 64 bit i don't know which program to download for vista 64 bit so i can try to register the .DLL's if i can register them it may work.

So please tell me how to register the .DLL's i'm an idiot so please do it step by step if thats not to much to ask and what program to download for windows vista 64.
