I Need Help Badly =( Can't Run VGExtremeRadar : VGExtreme General Discussion

Ok, I've been messing around with this for hours with no luck =/ What I've done...

1. Made sure newest DirectX files were installed.

2. Downloaded and installed .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable.

3. Installed the Windows Script Debugger.

4. Downloaded Xunleashed:
a. Folder is C:/Xunleashed
b. Followed install instructions.
c. Locked regestration.

5. Downloaded eXhume:
a. Folder on desktop.
b. Followed instructions.

6. Downloaded VGextreme
a. Put in same folder as eXhume.
b. Deleted exhumehelper.dll
c. Started up VGextreme to redownload the .dll

7. Downloaded VGeXtremeRadar.
a. Unzipped in Exhume folder
b. Opened project >>> VgextremeRader
c. Hit F5 to run.

When Script gets to:
"Known Harvesting Nodes Loaded..."

I get the error:
VGExtreme has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Not matter what I try I always get the same error. I've tried updating with UpdateVGextreme.exe, tried deleting everything but that file and patching, I've tried in dif folder, deleting dif files and patching, tried pretty much everything I could think of =(

If it matters I'm running on Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600)

Please help me anyone if you can, I have a huge headache =/ Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you or your system has other errors.

It has been confirmed to run on winxp home.

I have heard of people saying simiar things then saying they formatted and reinstalled windows and it magically started working.
