Trouble installing : VGExtreme General Discussion

I found what I htink are the directions, but I get stuck when onstalling Exhume. I run the file and it creates 1 DLL and exhume.exe just sits in the running processes doing nothing. i read that it may take a couple of minutes, but I have let it sit there an hour and nothing. Some help would be greatly appreciated.
