Vista OutOfMemoryEception : VGExtreme General Discussion

Exhume is running, but when I try running VGExtreme I get to login screen and it connects, but then I get a start up error System.OutOfMemoryException

Been looking all over the forums and will continue to due so, but can any one give me some insight into this problem?

Well after taking a day to get my computer to dual boot XP and Vista. I am still getting this error in XP. If a more detailed description of my computer and/or directx output will help let me know.
